CLE Credit. The Administrator will assist registrants in obtaining mandatory continuing legal education credit in all states in which it is required. Administrative arrangements for the Institute are handled by Virginia CLE, so registrants are assured of a smooth process throughout the program, backed by over 50 years of experience in continuing legal education administration.
CPE Credit. The University of Virginia Tax Foundation is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
